What we ask before agreeing exclusivity
Territory protection is valuable and we do not hand it out on the first email. We ask for your current customer base, the categories you already sell, a realistic twelve-month forecast, and whether you can hold stock rather than ordering only against confirmed sales.
If the numbers work, the agreement is straightforward: a forecast commitment, a protected territory, and pricing that leaves you room to compete with importers who are not paying for support.
Questions buyers ask
Do you offer exclusivity?
Case by case, usually after a track record of regular ordering. We will not grant exclusivity to a buyer who has not ordered yet.
Is there a minimum annual commitment?
For territory agreements, yes — it is set against the forecast you provide and reviewed quarterly.
