How the trade desk works
Every enquiry gets one named contact who sees it through from quote to delivery. You email or fill in the form, we come back with tier pricing, lead time and shipping options for your destination, and from there it is a normal purchase order.
There is no portal to log into and no account to maintain. You receive a reference number and a private link for each enquiry so you can always find the thread again.
What we need from you to quote accurately
- The part numbers or product names, with quantities.
- The destination country and city, so we can price the freight honestly rather than guessing.
- Whether you need retail packaging, and whether your market has labelling requirements.
- Any target price — it tells us immediately whether to quote the branded part or a sourced equivalent.
Questions buyers ask
Is there a minimum for first orders?
No. You can start with a single sample. The trade bands apply from 10 pieces, and the deepest band from 500. Sample freight is credited back against your first bulk order.
Do you price in my currency?
Quotes are issued in USD by default. We can quote in EUR, GBP, AUD and CNY — tell us which one you need when you send the enquiry.
Can you hold stock for me?
For regular buyers we can reserve stock against a forecast, and we run consignment for a small number of established distributors. Ask the trade desk.
Who pays the duty?
That depends on the Incoterm we agree. EXW and FOB puts it on you, DDP puts the landed cost on us and is usually simpler for buyers who do not import regularly.
