How quickly will I get a quote?

The trade desk replies within six working hours, Monday to Saturday. Complex or non-catalogue sourcing requests may take up to 24 hours because we check the supply chain first.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no registration on this site — send the form with an email address and we reply to it. You receive a reference number and a private lookup link for that enquiry.

What should I include in the parts list?

SKU or part name, quantity, and the destination country. If you have a target price or a competitor link, include it — it speeds up the quote.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, on request. Mention it in the message and we will send our standard mutual NDA before you share anything sensitive.

Request a wholesale quote

Send a parts list with quantities and we return tier pricing, lead time and a landed cost for your country. No account needed — we reply to the email you give us.

1 Your parts list

Add the SKUs and quantities you want priced. Leave it blank and describe what you need further down — both work.

What happens after you send this

1. You get a reference number and a private lookup link on the next screen, so you never have to hunt through email for the thread.

2. The trade desk checks stock and sourcing, then replies within six working hours with tier pricing, lead time and shipping options for your country.

3. If it looks right, you place a normal purchase order. Sample first is completely normal — most of our trade accounts started with one.
